Image360-Woodbury recently completed a major signage project for the folks at Summit Orthopedics at their new world class training facility and orthopedics rehab center located in Woodbury's Bielenberg Sports Center.
The project required a lot of knowledge about the facility as well as frequent meetings with the architects and construction team to ensure that all requirements at the building were met. Image360-Woodbury provided the exterior channel lit sign, which is a purple by day and white by night, interior field house signs, graphics for the summit windows, dimensional lettering for their fitness center, and a 6 foot diameter disc sign that literally had to be completed and installed in just a few days.
Creating a signage strategy for a brand new building is always a pleasure and a challenge. Envisioning how signage will come together to make an unfinished building a true masterpiece is difficult, and requires a lot of planning and legal evaluation. Regulations on where and how signs must be positioned have to be carefully reviewed so that signs don’t need to be moved later, while it’s also important to keep the changing future of the building in mind.
